Our goal is to help you, whether that’s staffing one, ten, or twenty vacancies.
We offer training and continuing education options, so it depends on the type and length of desired training. Local and long-distance training can be arranged. This is an add-on service.
We partner with Castle Branch to conduct drug, alcohol, and background screenings for employers. This is an add-on service.
As an add-on service, we can check employee references at the request of the employer.
We value our relationship with our preferred employers and have a good-faith policy to ensure your satisfaction. We do our best to match candidates and employers based on their mission, vision, values, and preferences. If you find that the candidate is not a good fit before the 90 days, we will replace that employee.
Since we are not a staffing agency, we can work with your HR department to onboard a temporary candidate. In this situation, we can consider a few options.
We can help your employees become certified by offering a weekend warrior workshop exclusively for them or coming on-site for a specified time. This is an add-on service.
