Dr. Shakera Moreland, also known as "The HIM Concierge" earned her B.S. degree in Health Informatics and MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in 2012 and 2014, respectively. Shakera earned her RHIA in 2012 and earned the CCA and CPC in 2010. She has also acquired the CRCR and CSBI credential from the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Throughout her career, she has seen a range of different aspects of HIM, from patient access on the front end to revenue integrity on the back end, and uses that experience to help others along their professional journey. Shakera currently works as a Course Lead and Adjunct Professor, where she shares her gift of motivation and development with her students.

Phyu is an international medical graduate who earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.S.) Degree in 2012 from the University of Medicine, Myanmar and started working in the United States right after graduation. Phyu began her career as Medical Record Specialist, found her passion in the health information field and decided to pursue her career in the field using her medical background. Over the years, she gained experience as Medical Coder/Auditor, Billing Specialist, Risk Adjustment Coder, and currently working as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist in a large healthcare system in the New York City area. In addition, she earned her CPC, CCS, CRC, and CDIP credentials throughout the years. Her current goal is to help people who want to start their career in Medical Coding and CDI field using experience gained on her career journey.

Mrs. Austin was a speaker at the AHIMA 2018 Miami national convention and the HCCA 2019 national convention in Washington DC on 42 CFR Part 2. She has conducted training on 42 CFR Part 2 with the state attorney office and local law enforcement agencies as well as agencies with the Department of Children and Families.
