 At The Qualified, we do not take a one size fits all approach to our services. Instead, we pride ourselves on having updated content and resources aligned to the exam, qualified faculty capable of teaching and designing courses while catering to your individual needs.

In our weekend warrior workshop, we strategically cram through exam prep material throughout the weekend. This is a virtually LIVE workshop occurring on select Saturdays and Sundays of the month. Each day ranges from 5-8 hours but includes time for breaks and lunch. It's going to bring out the warrior in you, we promise!

Online courses are delivered through the Learning Management System (LMS) Canvas. The weekly study sessions are held directly through the LMS or occasionally through Zoom.

Each course has a different cost associated with it; however, the price includes instruction and the designated facilitator. At this time, exam prep materials are not included.

We have a no refund policy; however, if you cannot participate in the class, depending on the class, you may be allowed to reschedule for a later date. The later dates are based on the availability of the course offering and the facilitator. We cannot guarantee that the next class will be held before your exam date or that you will have the same facilitator. Individual make-up sessions may be scheduled based on the facilitator's availability; however, this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

We have a few facilitators, and you may access their bios on our website. In addition, when reviewing our services, you will see which facilitator is assigned to an upcoming course or workshop. 

We cannot guarantee that people taking our course will pass the exam. Our goal is to help you better understand and recall the information learned. We provide advice to help you pass the exam; however, it is up to the individual to implement these practices. We create a plan to help put you in the best possible position to pass your exam, but it's up to you to do the work.

We can most definitely try, and we'll give you a discount while we're at it! You've already invested so much preparing for your exam; we want to help. 

If you're taking the exam for a second or third time,  we will set up a free credentialing consultation to review your past test scores and determine if you should invest in our services. Then, we will create a plan of action and support you through this time.

Yes, we offer affordable CEUs through Stay Qualified. At this time, we are in the process of having our continuing education approved by various professional associations.
